    Slow roaster pork, pulls apart and hold such wonderful flavours. Left-overs make tasty sliders or wraps for lunch or pulled pork tacos with a spicy Sriracha sauce.

    • 2 kg pork shoulder or leg meat, Roast Boneless
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 cup honey, (60ml)
    • 1 lime , for juice & wedges to serve
    • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely grated
    • 2 cloves garlic , crushed
    • pak choy, Steamed , to serve
    • coriander fresh, to serve
    • long red chillies, thinly sliced, to serve (optional)
    • long grain rice, to serve (see tip below)
