Description
FOOD LIFESTYLE ANALYSIS REPORT
Your Kitchen Fitness Program starts with a Food Lifestyle survey. A CooksClub Kitchen Coach will review your survey to provide a detailed Food Lifestyle Analysis report, which will identify your needs and preferences, as well as highlight opportunities to develop.
PANTRY PLUS
Together with your Food Lifestyle Analysis, you will receive a fully costed Pantry Plus list of staples, based on pantry selections from either Coles or Woolworths brands. Your food staples are categorised like supermarket aisles: Breads, Deli, Fridge/Freezer, Pantry, Sauces/Marinades, Spices, Vegetables.
DESIGNER MENUS
Your Kitchen Fitness program also includes the best meal plan, direct from your local supermarket, butcher, or grocer. Your Kitchen Coach researches produce that is in season, as well as current specials and trending recipes to produce a new menu each week.
The menus are based on CooksClub’s FOOD FIRST framework to provision the food you want to eat, and then use all the food you have bought! The make-up of the menus may vary, but typically there will be 24 different options that use (mostly) common ingredients based on each weeks’ theme.
The dishes will vary from casual Friday night options to weekend fine dining and slow-cooked comfort food.
KITCHEN FITNESS (upgrade option)
Weekly 60-minute sessions run by a CooksClub Kitchen Coach. The focus is the preparation and preservation of food for the whole week based on provisions from the Designer Menus.
The sessions run Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:30am, but scheduled times can be increased based on demand. You can do Kitchen Fitness every week or just check in as you like. Participate live, or catch up on demand.
Food freshness deteriorates hourly. Effective preservation doubles the freshness window, which doubles the opportunity to use all your food, while increasing meal flexibility and choice.
